HELP! I need a gift idea and fast!?

Here's the thing. It took my husband and me on a week-long cruise all expenses paid for her birthday. It even includes a private jet to the carribbean, limo ride, alcohol, everything. It is for his birthday and it is very rich. She chartered a private yacht with a crew to do with his friends for his birthday. I feel very fortunate to be included herein. We have known for about ten years. The problem is, I have no idea what to look for a birthday present! Aaaaagh! That's less than a month! Help PLEASE!

So you have a super-rich friend who gives itself a gift of a cruise and with its own donation itself is .. surrounding himself with people whose company she loves ... I think your presence is gift! But I know, I know you "want it something" ... how about a symbolic reminder of the cruise - maybe a gold charm of a ship cruise, or gold earrings in the shape of a shell (?). Work with me on this - my reasoning is "I can not help you, Sally, who can be compared to this wonderful cruise we all enjoy, but please accept this as a token of our love for you - Happy Birthday, I hope it reminds you all the fun we had on this trip! "And if you do not think that's enough, you make the trip photographer, taking pictures (put and open), then submit it with an album after the trip.
