I want to find a job working as a stewardess on a motor yacht.?

Hello, I have been busy at work setting up a meeting with coffee and sandwiches and refreshments all day and generally one of the men told me more later I would make a great hostess on a luxury cruise yacht. It could simply be nice but as I'm winding down with work anyway (that I will travel to Borneo, the United Kingdom and Europe) I decided to look up to see if it's something that I can study it as a work to do for some time to gain some experience in a different environment. Has anyone worked as a stewardess or under a crew on a luxury motor yacht? And if so what is the best way to go about getting a job on one? I would really appreciate any information anyone can give. Thank you Oh, and I do not talk like a cruise ship, but private yachts luxuray.

If Searching in the segment of mega-yacht there are several agencies that specialize in recruiting, staffing and training of members mega-yacht crew. You can not just cruise (pardon the pun) on down to the docks and ask for a work on "Octopus" or "Unlimited", you will not even come close. (If you pursue this career you'll soon know who these ladies ...) Go Stand at the local newspapers or a bookstore and buy a number of "Power and Motoryacht," "Showboats International", "yachting" or similar (there are several department stores dedicated to private industry mega-yacht) Look in the classifieds .... he ad agencies, you can call. Also, check www.yachtingcrew.com www.crewnetwork.com www.yachtloop.com or two can help you get started. Be warned, if you're young and eager to visit some neat places you can have fun, but, as the boat, the owner, the likelihood that the owner charter, etc., you can be sitting in port or more than one year, you may find yourself working 20 hours a day and living in a shack 6x12 with a roommate you can not stand. Speaking Overall, this is a work that young people get involved in a few years and then move on, after the newness fades. I many friends who work on some of the largest private yachts in the world and they all say it's something they can not for long. If you want opinions and vacation at the same time, spending money and pass the time during a week in some of the "yacht" places meeting as Lady C. St Martin Foxies in the U.S. Virgin Islands, etc. Go talk to the crew, you can always tell who they are .... beautiful, tanned, and drink a lot:) Good luck!
