Matt grew up in Minnesota, and enjoyed living lake on Earth "10,000" Lagos, but soon tired of the long, cold winters. He moved south and graduated from Georgia Tech, then began his career in Electrical Engineering. He realized that Corporate America, where they wanted to be, and by chance, in 1999 discovered the world of Land Development and Property Real Estate, specifically on lakes in North Carolina. From there, he became a successful real estate agent working in 100 + communities around the southeast and eventually expanded his horizons by representing many land developers in North Carolina and continues to remain focused on lake communities. Today, NClakefront Realty is one of the largest sales and marketing companies focusing on North Carolina Lake Properties, and is growing every day.
